We’re seeking a customer-focused Technical Support Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with hands-on technical troubleshooting experience.
Key Responsibilities

+ Provide technical support to sales teams, contractors, distributors, engineers, and architects to promote and support company products

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot water heater issues over the phone, identifying root causes and delivering clear solutions

+ Research and resolve installation and product usage issues for contractors and end users

+ Differentiate between technical and business issues and resolve or escalate as needed

+ Accurately document warranty information and detailed case notes for each interaction

+ Follow up promptly to ensure customer issues are resolved

+ Support team members with high-priority technical inquiries
