Technical Support Representative I
In order to support our growth, with the full passionate commitment required to all our clients, we are currently looking for qualified candidates for the following positions.
Job Scope:
Chosen candidate will be working closely to assist our customers to address their technical issues that arise from our web hosting solutions which includes but not limited to the following:
- Troubleshoot & Resolve technical questions through email support tickets helpdesk / support call / on site
- To troubleshoot errors related to hosting related services.
- To provide technical assistance to clients for products & services offered by ServerFreak.
- To answer and reply phone calls on technical related issues.
