Technical Support Representative (H135) – 13 month contract at Portage La Prairie, MB

Responsibilities

  • Act as the on‑site technical support representative for the assigned customer, communicating in person, by phone, email or the technical database.
  • Help customers with troubleshooting problems, provide information, documentation, repair requests and technical requests.
  • Accurately and promptly report all customer issues into the Airbus WebTek database/tool for tracking and reporting on service data.
  • Collect incident/accident information and prepare timely reports to support management and operational decisions.
  • Monitor and report all open issues to ensure high levels of customer service; provide updates with excellent communication skills to meet service level and response time commitments.
  • Provide AOG support as needed with support from the AHCA Tech Support Team.
