Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related concerns
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
- Meet established quality and productivity targets
Qualifications:
- Senior High School Graduate or Fresh Graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Strong written English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required
- Amenable to work onsite if necessary
