Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related concerns
  • Resolve customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
  • Meet established quality and productivity targets

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School Graduate or Fresh Graduate
  • With or without BPO experience
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required
  • Amenable to work onsite if necessary
