About the Role:

The Technical Support – Smoke Alarms role is responsible for managing all technical enquiries related toΒ  smoke alarm products. This includes troubleshooting issues with homeowners, electricians, and other customers, diagnosing faults, and determining the appropriate resolution. The role will also provide clear instructions to the Customer Care team on next steps, such as sending out replacement units or arranging further support.
