WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Technical Support Rep, you’ll:
- Perform troubleshooting for IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, access control systems, and network switches (PoE), including basic remote diagnostics and configuration changes.
- Manage incidents and tickets.
- Communicate with customers in both English and French.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with IP security cameras, network video recorders, access control systems, network switches, and video management systems.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and Power over Ethernet.
- Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Understanding of Windows Server environments.
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
- 1–3 years of technical support or help desk experience.
- Relevant hands‑on experience with security or networking systems.
