We're looking for a proactive and resourceful Technical Support to join our growing team In this role, you'll be the face of our technology—installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting life-saving emergency notification systems directly at client sites.

What You'll Do:

Install & Configure Systems

• Set up emergency notification hardware and software at customer locations
• Ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality from day one

Keep Systems Running Smoothly

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to keep everything in top condition
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues efficiently—either on-site or remotely

Build, Repair & Refurbish

• Repair faulty devices and assemble new units with precision and care
• Test all systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
