Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Operator to support our client in Belgium, a growing startup specializing in autonomous cleaning robots for equestrian facilities. The operator will play a key role in ensuring uninterrupted system performance by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues that arise during the robots' operating hours.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. You'll be the first line of response for alerts and tickets and will be following clear procedures, executing basic technical fixes, and escalating complex issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor system alerts and tickets during the assigned shift.
  • Respond to incoming alerts or tickets within a set SLA
