Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Application Log backup, Maintainence, Understanding and Analysis skills.
- Load Balancer configuration and troubleshooting.( Nginx is a plus )
- Networking troubleshooting, routing, connectivity, vpn issue.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Troubleshooting is performed and a full root cause analysis is performed to understand the origin of an issue
Requirements and skills:-
- 6-8 year of experience as Technical Support Engineer
- Knowledge of linux, shell scripting
- Working experience of MySQL, PostgrSQL, MongoDB.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; a Master s is a plus
