What does the job look like?

As a Technical Support Officer, you will provide technical support and advice to Field Technicians and contractors to ensure high levels of service delivery and operational performance.

Key areas include:

• Analyse and investigate trends to reduce call rates and maximising customer satisfaction
• Support and manage technical escalations and taking ownership of end outcomes
• Provide Level 2 help desk support to Field Technicians and subcontractors
