Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services;
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices;
- Identify and correct or advise on operational issues in clients' computer systems;
- Understanding customer's requirements and provide proposals accordingly;
- Perform hands-on configuration of networking equipment such as Wireless Access Points, Switches, Firewall, etc;
- Achieve division target;
- Required to perform onsite service at clients' locations as and when required;
- Obtain technical certifications that are assigned by Head of Department or Management;
- Arrange, follow up warranty procedures and process for customer on case assigned.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time
