Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services;
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices;
  • Identify and correct or advise on operational issues in clients' computer systems;
  • Understanding customer's requirements and provide proposals accordingly;
  • Perform hands-on configuration of networking equipment such as Wireless Access Points, Switches, Firewall, etc;
  • Achieve division target;
  • Required to perform onsite service at clients' locations as and when required;
  • Obtain technical certifications that are assigned by Head of Department or Management;
  • Arrange, follow up warranty procedures and process for customer on case assigned.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time
