HIRING: Technical Support Manager

Our sister company Lithe Hamilton Technical Services Corporation is looking for an experienced Technical Support Manager to lead our 24x7 managed services and support teams and ensure high-quality, timely technical assistance to our clients. This role is full time, work onsite set‑up which oversees daily support operations, incident management, SLA compliance, and serves as the primary escalation point for critical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the technical support team and daily service desk operations

  • Ensure timely incident resolution, escalations, and SLA compliance

  • Provide guidance for P1/P2 and complex technical issues

  • Maintain support tools, documentation, and reporting

  • Drive process improvements, coaching, and team development
