Job Description

The Technical Support Manager will lead the Customer Focused Technical Support (CFTS) team within HPE's Technical Assistance Center (TAC). This team provides senior-level, premium support to customers across HPE networking products and solutions. The manager will drive operational excellence, high customer satisfaction, and technical team growth while ensuring seamless 24x7 support for global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a high-performance team of Technical Support Engineers supporting CFTS customer verticals (Telecom, Enterprise, Cable, Cloud).
