Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

RMA coordinator is responsible for handling customer problems both internally and externally. Problems can be anything from: defective parts, exchanges, repairs, missing items, parts damaged during transit, etc. The RMA coordinator works closely with sales and logistics group to provide support for all the items being handled.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Responsibilities

  • Acts as a custodian of all items received
  • Do initial assessment and troubleshooting of all reported defective items
  • Coordinates inventory team in the handling logistics and shipping of defective items to and from principal depot
  • Issues notice of closing of the incident and tested to be working
  • Performs RMA inventory management for units received and for delivery

Other responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update record of defective items
  • Any other duties related to RMA
