Technical Support (Mid-Level)
We are looking for a Technical Support (Mid-Level) professional to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation
Location: Lisbon
Main Tasks:
Manage and follow up on incidents, changes, and problems, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with defined SLAs.
Perform troubleshooting activities in Linux (RedHat) environments, including file management and system-level diagnostics.
Monitor and support file transfer and messaging systems using Axway CFT and MQ Series, identifying root causes and resolving operational issues.
Support automation activities and deployments with basic knowledge of Ansible.
Monitor production environments using tools such as Autosys and Dynatrace, ensuring stability and performance.
Interact with infrastructure teams to analyze and resolve technical issues across systems and environments.
Execute basic database checks and validations when required.
