This role encompasses managing the customer experience from deployment to account growth, addressing user challenges, and ensuring effective use of robotic technologies. You'll work closely with golf course managers and agricultural clients, providing training and resolving issues while traveling to customer sites across North America for hands-on support. Regularly gather insights to shape product improvements based on customer needs.
