Job Purpose
This job will provide advanced technical support services to TD SYNNEX Customers. Position will assume multiple roles during its dynamic work schedule to provide 24*7 coverage together with TD SYNNEX's Support Team, such roles include incident handling & response, report delivery, proactive monitoring, preventive maintenances & onsite visits. Support will be provided to a wide variety of IT infrastructure technologies. Position will also be required for L1 engineers support & service development.
Role Responsibilities
This position will assume, during your work shift, the 24x7 monitoring of all customers subscribed to the Monitoring Service, reacting in the first instance to possible problems that may occur.
