Job Description

We are looking for a Japanese-speaking professional who is fluent in Japanese and English to support our Cybersecurity / Customer Support / Customer Success / Technical Support functions. This role is open to foreign nationals, provided they possess nationality -level Japanese proficiency (certifications such as JLPT N1/N2 are not considered as a substitute for fluency).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer and technical support to Japanese-speaking clients across cybersecurity and technology platforms

Handle customer queries, incidents, and service requests via email, chat, and calls in Japanese

Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently

Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and accurate communication

Document cases, solutions, and customer interactions clearly in English and Japanese
