Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure clients receive timely and effective assistance.
Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
Fluency in Japanese or Korean, both written and spoken, is required for this role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist and engage with clients professionally.
Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred.
Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site team environment in Kuala Lumpur.
