Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure clients receive timely and effective assistance.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
  • Fluency in Japanese or Korean, both written and spoken, is required for this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist and engage with clients professionally.
  • Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site team environment in Kuala Lumpur.
