Job Description
Summary:
Provide support for local employees in the areas of end user support, programming/configuring devices and documentation of all hardware and software at the location. This position reports to the Client Server Operations Supervisor.
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor all open help desk tickets for support at all locations.
Perform troubleshooting on site and remote.
Follow all policies and procedures at the company.
Install, configure, document and repair all hardware and software.
Have time management skills, to be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and complete on time.
Provide support for Shop floor systems such as balancers, labeling printers and handheld scanners with Corporate IT guidance.
Provide medium level support before escalating to Corporate IT.
Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions such as onsite cameras and time clocks while communicating with vendors, and other employees
