Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and standard office applications.
  • Manage user accounts, email access, and security permissions.
  • Handle network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN) and escalate to higher-level engineers when needed.
  • Assist in the setup of new workstations, conference rooms, and office equipment.
  • Perform regular system updates, patching, and preventive maintenance.
  • Support video conferencing tools and meeting room equipment.
  • Maintain IT inventory (hardware, software licenses, accessories).
  • Coordinate with regional/global IT teams for escalations and system deployments.
