Job Description

The IT Technical Support & Networking personnel is responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day network and system operations. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, supporting end-users, and assisting in the setup and maintenance of office IT systems.

Technical Support

  • Provide first and second-level technical support to all staff (hardware, software, printer, email, and system issues).
  • Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  • Set up new user accounts, workstations, and email access.
  • Maintain inventory records of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Provide general IT assistance to staffs and stakeholders.
  • Participate with department’s projects or IT related activities.
