Description: The Technical Support Intern plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high quality products, solutions, and services. The Technical Support Intern will be engaged with not only our Tech, Sales, Marketing and Operation Departments, but also external clients such as system integrators, installers, end-users, and other clients, to improve Dahua business performance and reputation and ensure healthy sustained business growth.
Main Responsibilities
- 1. Provide technical support and advising on all aspects of video surveillance equipment for sales staff and customers, including responding to customers on technical problems, cooperating with R&D on troubleshooting and doing integration with third party companies, both VMS and CCTV hardware.
- 2. Maintain good relationship with distributors, system integrators, and installers, and listen to their feedback on our products.
