Job Description

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric with Mathematics (minimum C symbol or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in Technical Support, Internal Sales, Telesales or Customer Service
  • Technical knowledge or interest in generators, engines or electrical products will be advantageous
  • Telesales or service coordination experience will be advantageous
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication, customer service and relationship management skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using ERP, CRM or retail systems will be advantageous
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently and within a team
