technical support, intern

Responsibilities:

· Support the technical team in answering customer and sales team queries.

· Assist in identifying and solving basic equipment or lubrication-related issues.

· Help in selecting the correct lubricant products for various machines and vehicles.

· Take part in customer site visits, equipment checks, and product testing.

· Help prepare technical reports, presentations, and documents.

· Assist in providing Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and product disposal guidance in compliance with local regulations and Shell standards.

· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align technical services with broader business objectives.

Job Requirements:

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

· Strong interest in lubricants, machinery, and industrial applications. <...
