Job Description
As our Implementation Specialist, you are the bridge between our sales team and our engineering team. You own the customer journey from the moment a school signs up until they are successfully using the system. You are the First Responder for all technical issues, ensuring our developers can stay focused on building.
Key Responsibilities
School Onboarding: Manage the rollout of the SMS and RFID systems. This includes cleaning and importing school data (Excel/CSV) and configuring system settings.
Hardware Support: Troubleshooting RFID gate connectivity and local network issues.
Customer Success: Training teachers and administrators on how to use the Eskwela platform.
Level 1 Support: Filtering all incoming bugs. You investigate the issue and only elevate it to the dev team if it is a genuine code error.
