Job Description

As our Implementation Specialist, you are the bridge between our sales team and our engineering team. You own the customer journey from the moment a school signs up until they are successfully using the system. You are the First Responder for all technical issues, ensuring our developers can stay focused on building.

Key Responsibilities

  • School Onboarding: Manage the rollout of the SMS and RFID systems. This includes cleaning and importing school data (Excel/CSV) and configuring system settings.

  • Hardware Support: Troubleshooting RFID gate connectivity and local network issues.

  • Customer Success: Training teachers and administrators on how to use the Eskwela platform.

  • Level 1 Support: Filtering all incoming bugs. You investigate the issue and only elevate it to the dev team if it is a genuine code error.
