About the Role

We are an exciting new and growing software business in the Payroll, HR, and ERP solutions space, and we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support & Implementation Consultant.

This role will focus on supporting new and existing clients through the full customer journey — from initial onboarding and system setup to implementation support and ongoing assistance. You will play a key role in ensuring clients successfully adopt and gain value from our software platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with the implementation, onboarding, and setup of payroll, HR, and ERP software systems
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Work closely with the sales team to support client requirements and solution delivery
