WE'RE HIRING | TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Location: Ara Damansara
Customer Base: Singapore
Working Hours: 24×7 rotational shift

Salary Range: RM2,800 – RM3,100

Benefits & Allowances

• Basic salary
• RM600 allowance (minimum 148 production hours)
• Night shift allowance up to RM400
• KPI incentive up to RM500

• Mandarin & English speakers (mandatory)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of cases and resolutions
• Deliver professional and customer-focused support
