Primary Title: SAP/ERP Technical Support Engineer (US Shift)

A leading IT services & consulting company serving North American enterprise clients in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and SAP support sector. We deliver mission-critical application support, incident management, and continuous improvement for large-scale SAP landscapes and integrated ERP ecosystems—operating in a 24x7 delivery model aligned to US timezones.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-line technical support for SAP/ERP incidents during US shift: triage, diagnose, and resolve production issues to SLA.
  • Investigate application and integration errors across SAP modules and connected systems using logs, traces, and SQL queries; escalate to L3/Basis/ABAP owners when needed.
