Location: 398 Udyog Vihar, Phase III, Gurgaon 122016

Qualification: Graduate Fresher pr UG with 6 months experience into CS/Tech

Experience: Minimum 6 months International BPO with Technical support profile will be preferred

5 days from office (Rotational Shifts) both side cab

Skills required: Excellent communication and writing skills in English, Excellent Thought process and Troubleshooting skills.

Salary:

  • 4.8 LPA for Experience
  • 4 LPA for fresher

Job Description:

Handle and respond to Global Customers requests through multiple communication channels while updating CRM systems with all requested information appropriately. Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
