Need strict Adherence to time/duty schedules Adherence to the policies of the company Answer mails and follow up or escalate if necessary Proper technical solutions to queries should be done Make calls and tag call records for necessary actions which may differ in the type of process To handle mails within the prescribed agreement as per the update from the TL Complete resolution to each query to be made by follow up’s if necessary To maintain quality of mails & calls To handle the calls within the prescribed SLA To maintain quality of calls Need to be updated with the current product and process information’s Must follow proper dress code and floor discipline Job Descriptions will be subjected to change on changes to the process
