Role: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Warrington
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00
Salary: Between £40,000 - £45,000 pa DO

* Handle technical enquiries from customers and internal teams
* Deliver remote diagnostics using digital tools
* Provide clear technical guidance, work instructions and service bulletins
* Collaborate across teams to boost first‑time fix rates
* Support health & safety best practice
