Job Scope
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and onsite visits.
  • Perform equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and technical briefings for customers.
  • Support in‑house repair activities and provide technical guidance when required.
  • Maintain accurate service reports and ensure timely follow‑up on customer enquiries and support cases.
