As a member of the Field Support team, the Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing operation of the IT infrastructure across a region of GLL’s Leisure estate, ensuring that hardware, networks and associated equipment is maintained appropriately. The Technical Support Engineer will be the person who links with our front-end colleagues providing a support service setting high standards of work to ensure that the reputation of the IT team is second to none.
The Technical Support Engineer is a key member of staff you will ensure that you operate with a ‘can do’ attitude putting our external and internal customers at the forefront of your actions.
