Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our Service & Support team. In this role, you will provide excellent on-site and remote technical support, ensure high customer satisfaction, contribute to process improvements, and represent the company as a professional role model.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support (on-site and remote) to resolve customer technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Perform on-site system deployment, wiring, termination, configuration, and customer training.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including system demos, testing, and preparation of technical specifications.
- Prepare field service reports, system audit reports, and escalate unresolved issues to R&D.
