Technical Support Engineer

Provide technical support and assistance for the company’s .NET-based business applications, including troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues, application configuration, and customization.

Perform routine testing, updates, and maintenance of application features and modules.

Work with project teams and business users to understand system requirements and assist in implementing solutions.

Develop and maintain business reports using SQL queries and reporting templates.

Assist in documenting workflows, technical processes, and user guides for supported systems.

Participate in development projects that may include backend services, web APIs, or data integration between business modules and external systems.

Be flexible and responsive to ad-hoc tasks and requests that may arise from time to time to support the needs of the organization.
