Technical Support Engineer - Security

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support for a wide range of security products and solutions to internal teams and/or clients.
• Firewall Management: Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain various firewall solutions, with hands-on experience in leading platforms such as Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet, and similar technologies.
• Load Balancer Expertise: Install, configure, and provide support for load balancing solutions, specifically with hands-on experience in F5 and Citrix Netscaler.
• Endpoint Security: Diagnose and resolve issues related to endpoint security components, demonstrating strong hands-on experience with relevant tools and technologies.
• Content Filtering/Proxy: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for content filtering and proxy solutions, ensuring secure and compliant network access.
