  • Cooperation with the sales department and Product Manager on current technical issues regarding supported solutions.

  • Technical knowledge of advanced Security and Enterprise Networking solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales support for the above-mentioned solutions (work for a reseller or distributor).
  • Ability to read technical and tender documentation.
  • Good knowledge of English (allowing reading technical documentation).
  • Independence and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and set priorities.
  • Focused on achieving the set goals.
  • Possession of Cisco technical certificates (e.g. CCNA, CCNP ...
