Role: Technical Support – Service Desk L2


Location: Pune


Job Summary –


Candidates with a minimum 1 to 2 years of IT Service Desk experience – Those with technical knowledge and L1 troubleshooting skills with excellent English-speaking skills; and willing to work in rotational shifts and/or flexible shifts as per business requirement.

Technical Skills:

  • Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, MFA, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint

  • End User Experience management

  • Active listening and probing skills.

  • Effective business communication skills.

  • Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge base articles.
