We are looking for a talented and data‑driven Technical Support Engineer – an energetic self‑starter and problem‑solver with outstanding technical skills, and interested in growing and learning from the best.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain and support Optimove's production environment.
- A key person for integration projects and requests from customers (data and application-oriented).
- Investigate and debug ETL processes.
- Conduct data QA and analysis (Snowflake, MsSQL, BigQuery).
- Perform configuration management.
- Create robust and scalable processes.
- Communicate directly with customers to solve technical issues.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar customer‑facing role.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Outstanding technical skills.
- Experience with SQL.
