Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with strong troubleshooting capabilities and experience supporting cloud-based and identity-driven environments. This role is responsible for managing and resolving technical issues through Jira, analyzing network logs, supporting MySQL database investigations, and assisting with Azure and Okta-related configurations.
This position requires direct interaction with external customers. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, customer-focused, and able to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
