LUCIO is a lighting manufacturer operating in the European and Middle East markets. We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Santa Maria da Feira, Aveiro.
Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations for lighting projects, from product selection through negotiation
Create and validate project technical documentation (technical specifications, datasheets, submittals, compliance documents)
Work closely with lighting designers and design offices to define project solutions
Provide technical support throughout the process, from sales to installation
Deliver technical training for internal teams and external partners
Qualifications and Attributes:
Strong background in lighting (LEDs, optics, drivers, lighting standards, etc.)
Experience in technical support or back-office sales roles
Team-oriented profile with the ability to coordinate groups for specific tasks
Strong communication skills and fluency in English
