Job Overview
  • Salary: $3000 - $4000
  • Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm
  • Location: Ubi
  • Permanent Role + AWS + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities
  • Handle technical support cases on-site and via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
  • Escalate and liaise with vendors on technical issues when required.
  • Conduct product training and demonstrations for clients or users.
  • Support internal product repair and training activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Singaporean Only
