Technical Support Engineer

We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara.

You’ll support enterprise financial software used by banks and payment providers worldwide, investigate technical issues, and work with databases, logs, Linux environments, and internal engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve complex application issues reported by customers
• Analyze logs, SQL data, and system configurations to identify root causes
• Reproduce issues in test environments and validate solutions
• Troubleshoot application behavior in Linux and Oracle database environments
• Work closely with Development, QA, and Implementation teams
• Escalate product defects and track them through resolution
• Support software installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities
• Participate in production support and on-call rotations
