Acoustic & Lighting System Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers or internal teams via phone, email, chat, or in-person to provide technical assistance.
  • Offer technical consultation and assistance before and after sales, including implementation, setup, and maintenance of products or services.
  • Log all issues properly and provide accurate technical solutions within agreed timelines.
  • Perform remote/on-site demonstrations and provide product training for end customers and partners.
  • Undertake other odd jobs, ad hoc assignments and duties assigned by management.
  • Travel for site visits if required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
