We are looking for a
Technical Support Engineer

to join our team. This is a unique, remote  role that sits at the intersection of Customer Success and Engineering. You will become the ultimate expert on our customers' product, acting as the primary bridge between the users and our developers.

What you'll do:

  • Product Mastery:

Become a power user of the product and provide high-level guidance and troubleshooting.
- User Advocacy:

Own the conversation in our channels and manage technical tickets via Zendesk with speed and empathy.
- Quality Assurance:

Collaborate directly with our Portugal based Engineering team to serve as a QA resource, testing new features and identifying bugs before they reach the user.
- Bridge the Gap:

Translate user feedback into actionable insights for the product owner and  development team.
