Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to manage and resolve complex issues within the Technical Support team, focusing on Technologies. This customer-facing role requires a blend of strong technical and interpersonal skills, with responsibilities including last-point issue escalation, mentoring junior team members, and providing solutions for platform-related challenges. The candidate must be willing to work non-standard hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be able to come onsite twice a week.
