JOB SUMMARY

The Technical Support Engineer will oversee designing, implementing, and maintaining the network and security infrastructure.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Knowledgeable in structured cabling and hands-on experience.
  • Evaluates the existing network and security infrastructure and give recommendations.
  • Manages and monitors all have installed infrastructure to be in line with products’ best practice.
  • Maintaining all installed infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other problems.
    • JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Engineering any Engineering related course..
  • With at least 1 year experience as Cabling Presales, implementation and post sales.
  • Willing to go to different sites for meetings, implementation and Post Sales Activities.
