Roles and Responsibilities: Sr. TSE,

-To look after all the technical support related activities of company products. Some points are given below,

-Work to generate service revenue by taking AMC.

-Do the job of installation, repair, preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of equipment.

-Maintaining healthy relationship and exploring the business opportunities with existing customers.

-Technical demonstrations/presentations of the products.

-Technical execution of project

-Preparation of project activity report for management.

-Repair of PCBs Component Level.

-Fault Diagnosis and rectification.
